TrueView Exterior Solutions ("we," "us") is a locally owned window cleaning business based in Benton and Murray, Kentucky. This page explains what information our website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our quote and walkthrough forms:

• Your name, phone number, and email address (if you give one)
• The address of the property you'd like cleaned, and your business name for commercial requests
• The services, window count, preferred date, and notes you enter

The quote calculator runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent until you press a button to send your request.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to give you a quote, schedule your appointment, do the work, and follow up about it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Services that help run this site

• Form delivery: requests are delivered to our email through Web3Forms.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may record basic technical data such as your IP address to keep the site secure and working. We may use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly visit statistics, which don't use cookies to track you.
• Fonts: page fonts load from Google Fonts.

If you contact us by text, phone, or email instead, those messages are handled by our phone and email providers.

How long we keep it

We keep customer contact and job details as long as needed to serve you and keep basic business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us, contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging cleaning services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
